Please include:
- Date and location of desired class/or classes
- Couple’s first and last names
- Address and phone number of both parties
- Wedding date
- Referral source (i.e. name of parish providing marriage preparation, church bulletin, physician, etc).
- Please state if taking class as a requirement.
Introduction Class to Natural Family Planning
This class is a general overview of Natural Family Planning which includes:
- Theological basis of moral, married sexuality
- The scientific basis of NFP
- Basic reproductive anatomy and physiology
- Explanation of fertility signs monitored
- Effectiveness rates of NFP
- Couples' lived experience
- Folder of information
- A certificate of attendance for the Introduction
Class Series to learn Natural Family Planning:
- Prerequisite: Introduction to NFP
- A minimum of 4 meetings including group classes and private consultations
- Supplies needed for method being learned
- Certificate of completion, if required to attend for marriage preparation, will be mailed to couple.
Payment Information:
Introductory Session - $20.00 per person / per couple. Payment is made the day of the class. Do not mail in this payment.
Class Series - $100 per couple or single. Prepay-ment must be mailed in advance of classes to confirm series registration.
If there is a financial concern please advise us at time of registration and payments or a partial scholarship can be arranged.
